tuesday..long day~

crn was doing some revision..ms dhana gave us revision worksheets for the various chapters..

after that was EFC..mr aw wasnt feeling well..so he just gave us a worksheet..and told us that we can ask him CRN or EFC questions..after that was ses. ms tan gave us past year papers to do.

then was lunch...ate in cafe 1 =D

then was 3 hours CDP. we originally planned to mark our attendance den go the food fair after that. budden..

we went into class, on our computers, plugged in my thumbdrive ..and found that the show" Eternal Summer" was inside my thumbdrive! so we all watched the show there..from 2pm to 3.30pm like that. then decided to leave le. was lazy to go food fair, so went home with joanne and louis.

wednesday: 10am-1pm

ses was first..went to class..ms tan was going through the papers she gave yesterday.. i didnt do =x

so diam diam all the way and just copied the answers along the way. phew..she nv catch me lols.

then after that was RTO..ms teo gave back the progress test 4 paper..

sian lor! i failed progress test 4! no more progress tests to help me for RTO le..with a final marks of 59 for the progress tests, i need to work hard for the final exam liao! so after that, ms teo went through the answers for progress test 4..then she gave out a past year paper for us to do.she said that if we want to leave, we can leave liao..budden me and my friends stay awhile.so i did the MCQS..1 question amused me

this question appeared in the Progress Test 4 too..there were more funny answers like: follow the robber after he left to see where he hide the merchandise. lols

we left shortly..around 12.30. went to cafe 1 to eat..then went to yishun meet junie they all. long time never see them le siah..they were having holiday extra lessons..

went to northpoint walk abit..then eat..then went mccafe slack..then went home le.

hmm...yesterday did not went to sch cause haven cut my hair..so met yu yuan at ard 12 lyk tt and went to chong pang to cut hair..then after that went home..then waited till 4pm like that then headed to marina for steamboat!

there were me, jia min, si jia, carline, relan and shi ting.

we reached there at around 6pm? and eat all the way till 8+..

carline wanted to play bowling..budden there full liao. then we went upstairs to see the pool..$8.40 per hour. freaking expensive. so we play the arcade there for awhile..till 9+ then went home liao.

monday got RTO test..unit 13-20.. stress >.<

sian siah. today quite a bad day for me

morning went out at around 6.50am as i 8.30am gt roleplay test.

crossed the bridge and arrived at the busstop. then i saw a bus approaching the busstop. then i think i blur or what..i actually thought it was 969..so i boarded it.. then strange sia. gt seats! then gt some primary sch kids whose uniforms resembles anderson pri..then i started to think..did i board the wrong bus? i then looked at the LCD inside the bus..normal 969 wont say "bef SG seletar" or something like that..then when the bus did not go up the expressway, then did i finally realise that i board the wrong bus ._.

i actually boarded 853. so i alighted at yio chu kang..and boarded 72 there. the bus journey damn long sia. super lots of traffic lights and slow moving traffic. but nevertheless, i reached school at around 8.45am. luckily ms tan did not scold me =x

then after that was CRN..ms dhana gave out the unit 7 worksheet..and i did not know a single thing in it ._."
after that was 3 hours break before RTO starts, wanted to go home first actually, budden was lazy to do so. so slacked with dwight, joanne and louis in sch.

carline came at at around 12.05pm. went to find her and had lunch at cafe 1. i ate laksa. the laksa soup spattered on my shirt. my shirt is so ugly lor! the unsightly laksa soups spoilt my white shirt!! it was a new shirt too =(

after that jac and jiamin came shortly. we went and queue up for the free pop corn and candy floss. carline queued for the candy floss while me, louis, jiamin and dwight queued for the popcorn. we got our pop corn shortly due to its fast preparation time.

but carline was super suay. she queued for so long..then when reach her turn, the person told her" sorry, no more liao"

then we went for RTO class. before lessons started, a malay female teacher came in. she said she wanted to do a spot check. then she ask ppl to go up to the front of the class if they think they are not appropriately dressed, which includes long hair and such stuffs.

at first i never go to the front. then she started to say"those whose hair touch the collar means your hair long." then i go lor...

then she say cannot go to sch again unless we cut our hair..so we were able to go home immediately. stupid siah. because of her, our RTO plan was destroyed. ms teo was supposed to go through unit 17 and finish the chapter today so that we can do our progress test 4 on monday. then now, end up cannot teach liao. cause only like 10 people were not caught. so i decided not to go to school tomorrow also. might as well do self-study.

then just now when taking 969 home, the bus is totally unhygienic lor! the air is damn dusty and worse, there were cockroaches roaming around the bus!! many many of them lor! they were all crawling around the window sills. kinda scary =/

yesterday was a short day. 1st lesson was ses..ms tan showed us jobsdb.com as its related to the chapter: career in selling. after that was 2 hours rto. 1 group preesnt, then went through revision for chapter 9-12 for today`s test. i still cant get those calculation parts right >.<

play com till 9.50am. then went for efc lesson. did tele message and email writing..

after that was ses. ms tan went through the 2nd last chapter.

then lunch. ate chicken rice ~!

then went for CDP.

today was a short day. went school to attend 11am RTO lesson. watched some groups do their presentation then go home liao. meet yvonne 2pm at northpoint. reach liao call her. say she at long john with junie, daphne and siping. went to long john to meet them. long time never see they all liao lols.

after eating, me and yvonne went to amk hub to make my ez link card. at first went to take photo. 8 passport-size photo = $8

then went to the ticket office to make the card = $19.

after that must top up = $10

total = $27!!

expensive lor =(

then walk around amk hub..bought yvonne present..then went home le.

willie`s ipod broke down. manage to resurrect it just now. budden now back to "dead" liaos lols

sian ah. yesterday fell sick lols. then never had the chance to blog =/

so anyway, yesterday was friday, and it was a short day. morning started off with EFC lesson. mr aw went through the answers for the worksheet we did on thursday. next was RTO, ms teo told us to do assignments 9-12 and also gave some tips and hints for the upcoming CA2. after that was lunch, ate at cafe 1..the macaroni was nice =D

after that was 2 hours of CRN. we started to relax liao lols

it was so cute!!! i was inside the class transferring some files from edmus phone to my phone..then listening to mp3..then heard screams coming from the door. then i went out. and saw this super cute fella! rats are so cute when they are small~!!

and Q actually said that this was a small squirrel ._.

today`s weather was... okok~!!

today lesson was from 8am-5pm.

morning went out at around 6.50am.

meet carline at the interchange and went to school. morning CRN lesson ..there were only around 17 people present. and the classroom was extremely warm. so we bugged ms dhana to change to the next classroom. so at 8.40am, we went over to our 9am CRN classroom. the room is MUCH MUCH better than the previous one with cooler aircon and fans!

after CRN was EFC at the computer lab. ms teo also came in to the class. they both announced to the class that 17 people has been debarred from the CRN module due to bad conduct or attendance during CRN lesson. they did not mention who were the 17 people though. ms teo only said that people who think they were debarred should write a appeal letter and submit to her or mr aw by this friday.

we also did a survey on EFC lesson. the survey was on 3 modules: EFC, RTO and SES. the questions inside is like "does the teacher give feedback on your progress?" and we were to choose 4 options ranging from very good to very bad.

after EFC was SES. ms tan did not teach today. she only collected the SES card and we were allowed to go..although those who did not finish the card must quickly go MLC to finish it.

then it was lunch..cafe 1 was crowded as usual..so went to campus haven to eat.

after lunch was 3 hours of CDP lesson, inside the computer lab =D

the work was lame though. just edit some things..and print them out..staple then submit to teacher can liao. lol

and of course, the class finished it pretty fast. so after that..we were bored. and we started playing crazy taxi.

we played this till around 4.45 pm..then teacher release us liao.

me and sija went and board bus 24 as i was heading to meet my parents at AMK.

Mr goh appeared at the bus stop. and he said 1 sentence" your class ah, getting worse liao". lols. no comments on this though.

then bus came..then sijia alight 4 stops later..

then i reach amk at around 5.55pm. met my parents at amk hub..then went and eat the new york thingy. my dad and i ordered fish and chips while my mum oredered ripeye steak. the steak was nice..and the fish & chip sucks.. the calamari there was nice though.

after that, we went to fair price. go there walk walk..bought some chips...went and pay..then we go outside amk hub there walk abit..then went home le.

overall~ a tiring day.

today`s weather is very very HOT!!

extremely hot lor! cant stand it. luckily classrooms in ITE are air conditioned. =)

today was suppose to be a short day, 10am-1pm. but morning got extra lesson. 9am start, so went out of house at 7.50am.met jiamin in tampines interchange. then went to sch. waited for sijia at the school gate. then went into school. we can choose which extra lesson to attend: RTO or EFC. me and sijia chose to attend RTO. so we went up to locker to get our books. then return to the staff room there. carline appeared. then she went to RTO with us too. shortly, desmond also appeared. then we went into the staff room. EFC got quite a number of people attending..but RTO...only 4 people..me..desmond..sijia and carline. but it was quite fun though!

after that was S&W. due to the super hot weather, the few of us decided to pon S&W and we went and slack.

today RTC was my group again. the last RTC session liao =(

today RTC only got 6 people..me..nadya..jia min..edmus...faiz and jacqueline. i was the cashier today and jac was the supervisor. today inside RTC quite slack. chatted alot of topic with ms tan. edmus shared lots of his personal stories! interesting.our group got A grade today also!

then after school immediately went home.

was suppose to meet brandon at around 6pm to eat dinner with him and jianhao. budden my mum called me at ard 5pm and told me to eat with her. since eating with my mum can allow me to save lots of money, i agreed.

6pm like that went down to 795 to meet my mum. surprisingly, brandon and jianhao was there too. then me and my mum ordered our food..then we finish eating liao, told my mum to go home first. jianhao left at around 6.55pm to catch the shaughnessy shuttle bus. me and bra slacked till around 7.30pm before he went to meet willie while i went home.

a hot and fun day today~!

finally, a cup or 2 of cool drinks to cool ourselves down =)

Remember, there are tons of uninformed people out there whose gaming activities only seem to involve DOTA(Defence of the Ancients Warcraft III mod), Counter-Strike, Winning Eleven and Dynasty Warriors. It's as if nothing else existed or that everything else is deemed by them to be inifinitely inferior. (Ugh...)It's more of a Singaporean culture than anything else really. People cannot be bothered to try out new stuff on their own. Others want the best bang for their buck, ie "free" DOTA via hamachi/owning and playing the one and only pirated copy of Winning Eleven for their entire PS2 "collection" for ages. I've played Rez for the DC(also out for PS2) and found it to be one of the most immersive games of all time. No hype about it whatsoever, and it only takes slightly above an hour to normal completion. Probably a very abysmal game with lousy money-to-gameplay-hours value by Singaporean standards.

the above paragraph talks about the singapore gaming community. it seems to be true though. singapore gamers mindset..around 90% of them.. will only follow and play whats popular, instead of trying something new. thats why if you look around, you will only find people playing psp, ps2, Dota, CS. very rare to find people playing nds, warcraft 3 alternate maps and etc. and why is this so? for a very simple reason: singaporeans think that its cool to follow the trend. most think that if they buy a ds instead of a psp, they are being kiddish as they thought ds = gameboy. sigh, if only singaporean mindset can change then maybe innovative gaming softwares may pop up.
